What is chlorella?

- extra virgin olive oil
- honey
- apple cider vinegar
- mint leaves
- sea salt
- Perfect Chlorella
- kale
- crispy chickpeas
- roasted pumpkin seeds
- roasted sunflower seeds
- dried cranberries
How to make kale crunch salad
- Make the vinaigrette by adding the honey, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mint leaves, sea salt, chlorella, and ¼ cup water into a small blender. Blend until combine.
- Add the kale into a large bowl. Drizzle on about ¼ cup dressing and massage with your hands to soften the kale. Add the crispy chickpeas, roasted seeds, and dried cranberries. Add more dressing if desired. Toss to combine and serve!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 1 scoop Perfect Chlorella
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped
- ½ cup crispy chickpeas
- ¼ cup roasted pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
