I’m so excited to share this free family friendly meal plan with you! Healthy eating is so much easier with a plan. With that in mind, I created this one for you to simplify your life (at least meal times)! All real food recipes that are kid approved and easy to make!
What’s included in the free family meal plan?
I’ve put together 5 dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 snack to give you a variety of foods throughout the week. The dinners are strategically built to work together to save you time in the kitchen. Two dinners feed into two other dinners so that you are making dinner even quicker. All the recipes are listed below!

Free family friendly meal plan
The dinner recipes feed 4-6 people. In our family of 2 adults and 4 little kids, a recipe that feeds 4 will typically feed all of us. If you are feeding 6 adults, I would suggest doubling a recipes that has 4 servings and then using the leftovers for a lunch.

Tips for an easier week of cooking
To simplify dinners, let’s use a little strategy when it comes to dinnertime. Day 1 will feed into day 3, and day 2 will feed into day 4.
